1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return non-electrical spare parts (mechanical parts, gaskets, belts, etc.) within 7 days from delivery, provided they remain unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels and seals intact.
Electrical, electronic, or software-controlled components (AVRs, controllers, sensors, etc.) are not eligible for return unless found defective after inspection.
Custom orders or fabricated parts (canopies, silencer fittings, modified items) are non-returnable.
2. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of receipt via email or WhatsApp (include photos).
We will assess and, if approved, arrange for free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
For buyer-initiated returns (non-defective), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For verified defective or wrong items, GeneratorPartsHub.com covers return shipping depending on your location and item weight.
5. International Returns
International customers must contact us before returning an item.
All postage, customs, and duties on international returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Restocking & Inspection
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If an item is found used, damaged, or missing parts, we may decline a refund or apply a restocking fee.
